Graceful in function and appearance, the Ice Press adds a delightful twist to cocktail preparation. Utilizing the natural thermal properties of aluminum, it celebrates the formation of beautiful ice spheres as part of the drink crafting experience. Made locally in Seattle, it is machined from solid aluminum, anodized with a food-safe black finish, and detailed with stainless steel. It can be found at craft cocktail lounges and restaurants around the world. From the first napkin sketch to final fabrication, the Ice Press required extensive prototyping to perfect the ergonomic form, press weight, internal pressure relief channels, and final detailing.
