Starbucks Innovation Center

A fresh brew of rethinking the work environment.

This is the Starbucks Seattle headquarters’ transformative innovation lab — an ideation space that separates partners from the corporate world, allowing mind room for creating, relaxing, prototyping, and more. The experimental project involved design input on all levels, especially including unique interactions with the architecture and lighting. Having previously collaborated with Starbucks on several of their local experimental stores and lighting strategies throughout the United States, the opportunity to rethink their work environment and culture in collaboration with local architecture firms was a wonderfully creative experience.
